Domain Forwarding and Masking

My forwarded domain and masked URL site will not open completely in IE

I have forwarded a domain and have the URL masking on as well but a family member called me and on their computer IE will not load the site completely.
It finds the site, the masking works and the title shows up but the page itself will not load.
Is this a security setting in their browser?
Could it SS certificate related?

Generaly the setup you described involved loading the true page in an iframe. It is possible that your family member may have some sort of internet security suit that is blocking the iframe from loading.

Thanks for the reply. Yeah, I think it is in the security settings for IE and/or a firewall setting.
