A script says it can't access my page

Perhaps it's the includes I'm using.

I've just started a new site (in a subdomain) and I've used SSI for the first time.

One include has the menu of pages, and it has them written so that the link to the page at which you're looking is replaced by a dot.

I went to a site that measures content against code and it said that it couldn't access the page and Google wouldn't be able to either. It said maybe it's not a valid URL or else "It might not allow scripts like this to access its contents."

The url is in the pattern "http://something.mydomain.id.au/index.html"
I have another with a similar address and it works, so it has to be the SSI, because that's the only difference I can see. The other one has a javascript menu.

I've been working on this site in a temp folder which I changed this morning to the real name. I've put the name of the subdomain into my control panel.

I'd love some suggestions--or a solution, please.

Make sure the host that holds your new page supports ssi, and you have named your page .shtml
