do you mean a software that would ananlyse your website and tell you what needs optimising or a software that analyse your log files and show graphical representation of your site's visits?
If the former - most automated software would only provide you with a partial representation of what needs doing. I would also recommend submitting your site manually to search engines rather than using a software - automated submission is frowned upon by search engines.
