Download the Google Toolbar. Toolbars are fun.
Go to one of the sites that display PageRank in search results... hit up your favorite search engine for "pagerank" and you should be pointed to a few of those sites.
Of course, you didn't mention that you had been indexed in Google yet. PageRank is a proprietary widget from Google. For your "PageRank" in Yahoo, you'd want to look for Yahoo's version: Web Rank.
If you are new to the concept of PageRank, I recommend you either read some 3rd party articles on it (plenty can be found here at WebmasterWorld), or simply forget you ever heard the term. There is no solid proof that PageRank is related to your placement in search engine results, which is of course the only thing about a search engine that matters anyway. The best way to gauge your site's placement in search results is simply to look at your site's placement in search results.
If YOU are getting tired of clicking through page after page of results with an agenda for finding YOUR OWN SITE, how many people who AREN'T specifically looking for your site are ever going to bother looking that deep?
My take on it is, if you don't find your site within 4-6 pages of results, then I would say it's just search engine masturbation to go any further.
And to bring this conversation full circle, if you DO find your site on the 11th page of the search results, will it really matter what your PageRank is at that point?
And, as you can see, I had made a sarcastic comment about downloading toolbars... but the O.P.'s question was not, "how do i keep my PC happy and sane"; it was "how do I check (Google) PR?". I gave him the option of downloading software or surfing to a site... seems like a pretty thorough response to the O.P.'s question if you ask me.
