domain search?
are you talking about a search for available domains?
or a search for content pages hosted at your domain?

There are a few domain registration companies that allow you to do this simly by placing some html code within your page where you wish the form to appear.

I didn't fully look into this but I imagine some will also offer an affiliate program that pays you a percentage for any/all sales that originate from your website.

You might want to search for domain name affiliate programs.
