Legal question for new website

Setting up Terms of Use section, need legal help

I am setting up a new educational website that will teach finance & investing.

I just want to be sure someone doesnt sue us, because our site illustrates how to buy & sell stocks; and they later bought a loser stock & now blame us.

I want to include a disclaimer in the Terms of Use section, that says we are not responsible for any financial losses that the reader might incur... etc. Can anyone point me in the right direction, ie standard disclaimer verbage. Or perhaps a website that offers legal advice of this nature.
Thanks

Questions like this usually unleash a flurry of "you need to consult a lawyer" posts, which you should sooner or later.
If you want to try it yourself, or at least get something together for a lawyer to review, here is what I would do. Find a few sites that have stock tips and read their TOS. Once you have read a few, you should find it easy to compose your own. (Notice I didn't say copy it.) Nothing like reading a few heavy TOSs in a row to get your head abuzz with proper legalese! :)

There is no real alternative to true legal advice. I think you should seek out advice from a pro, that way you will know exactly where you stand. Try and find a lawyer with an understanding of how the web works. You may be able to get them to assist you with drafting some form of legal disclaimer.
