single dedicated server with multiple sites

For best SE results, one IP or multiple IPs?

I am setting up a dedicated server that will host multiple online magazines. I would like the content of these magazines to win respect from SEs such as Google. Should I deny the online magazines their own IP addresses? Can I allow them to have their own domain names? (I will carefully link the pages of each magazine to those of other magazines that are on similar topics. I will assign the domain names of the magazines to the IP for our nameserver, then use a 301 permanent redirect to send visitors to the magazine that they are looking for.)

Geographically dispersed different C class of IPs serves better SEO, if these Web sites are to be inter-linked.

You wanna many magazines Web sites?
Why not use sub-domains for many magazines types ..
