Error: Could not load configuration file

Hi all,
Great forum you have here, could someone point me in the right direction?

I get this error when i drop my site into Google(without the [www)...]

Error: Could not load configuration file

if i use the www then my site description is there.

This is driving me nuts!

Are you refering to the Google add url form?

Hi Mack,

No, it's when i drop the url into the search box that error comes up.

The search result lists the full url but instead of the couple of lines of site description i get that error.
