Is this a problem?

I have a poker site that's about a month and a half old. It doesn't even have pr yet so I don't know why anyone would mess with it.

While checking my site in google I noticed someone had a page like this indexed:

Ever played before? Mysite!
example.com: Go for your luck: Mysite. Mysite - only for you!
Good luck - with Mysite!
www.example.com/articles/Mysite.html - Similar pages

The link takes you to a commercial poker site.

I've heard about hijacks and stuff. Are they just trying to get people to visit their site who search for my website? Is this something to worry about or should I just ignore it?

Ok they have like 15 pages with out info in it.

How would I locate the web host for this IP? www.example.com
and
www.example.net

Doing a whois shows nothing.

They're using cloaking or something because the serps desc has some of our info in it but clicking on the link re-directs to a poker download.

I'd really appreciate it if someone would be willing to offer some advice on how to stop these idiots. It really sucks to put hours upon hours into something only to have some idiot attempt to leech off your hard work.
