Can a client access Horde email directly?

I set up my first client on my hosting account. They are asking for a link to Horde e-mail to login directly. Is this possible? I keep getting a network access page before I get to Horde.

Tell then to bookmark the Horde login page. They wil always have to log in, but won't have to navigate to the log in area.

I have a guy that uses this his not web literate and finds it a problemat times.

So be-aware that the password and username are case sensitive and he ofen gets locked out after three attempts.
