Plz advise me about web hosting

I want to seek your advice about web hosting.
i need php + mySQL + free bonuses like ( $25 Goolge Adwords + $50 Overture as provided by Ipower but they are very bad at service).
So i want to know about some other service.

Never mind the free bonuses - good hosting companies don't need to offer them. The small amount they are worth will never repay you for poor hosting.

Never mind the gimmicks. Do they have a good tech support staff? 24 hour phone support? Uptime?

that's what makes a host.
