The general advice is to stay away from programs like WPG, as you risk invoking the wrath of the engines.

You may find with a lot of questions like this that they have already been extensively covered in these forums. A good idea is to do a site/domain search in Google before asking, like this one:

Threads in WebmasterWorld with the phrase "web position gold" in them [google.com].

I would suggest staying away from WPG and all similar apps. They send automated queries to search engines and this is clearly against many search engine terms of use.
