I have an idea to provide a services to find 'maid' online.
In this case, there's 2 different parties.
1. Provider - they can list their maid with a nominal fee
2. Seeker - the can search, like age, religion, state etc, for free.
But I seemed can't find a CMS / script to provide this requirement.
Anyone could suggest?

If you're in the USA you should check with a lawyer on your search criteria as employers can't (legally, that is) discriminate by age, marital status or religion. Searching by location, years or experience, type of experience, etc. is OK.
As for a script to do this, a search for "classified ads script" should turn up some possibilities.
