Switching templates.

Does it change everything...?

...or will everything such as PR, SE ranking etc. stay the same?

Everything will stay the same besides the design. All my pages will have the same domains as they already have. Just want to switch templates and cut and paste the description tag, keyword tag & titles.

Should I be worried?

I think I am right in saying that any change you make has the potential to change how the SEs view your site but changing a template should not make much difference provided the new version does not have very much more code v. content, and provided that you keep the page names and meta content the same.

Having said that, if your site has a very high ranking and brings you a lot of traffic do this with care.
