Owner of many great domains

I have been investing in domains for about 5 years now...I own some very high ranking terms in a specific industry.
How can I turn some of them into money without being able to build sites, I am computer stupid, I understand traffic and domains, not building anything?

A) Have someone do the work for your and pay them while you reap the profits :-)

B) Sell the domains on EBAY or some other source

How do you know if they are really worth anything unless you hae a site behind them for people to find and buy from?

You might think they are valuable, but without any proof to that effect, who can say?
