google search bar

Awhile ago I seen a tool that you could download to add a search bar from google to your website. It allows searches of your site or google. I have tried finding it in the last couple of days and can't seem to, I have obviously been to google for a look with no success, does any-one know where I can get this tool from?

Adsense offers a search bar, or if you are not with adsense, you can get one below:
