Moving my old phpbb forum to my new website

Hi, I have a question, I am pretty new to PHP,Nuke so I need some help here.

I have phpbb forums that I installed using FANTASTICO from my Cpanel. Now I just installed NUKE(with fantastico too) to start building the rest of my website. but I don't know how to pass all the old database from my old forums to my new installed nuke. So I don't lose any of the data. any help would be appreciated.
