If the content does not bother you that leaves concern about payment. So write a contract that is tight and that gives you payment(s) before doing the work i.e. 25-50% upfront, do that amount of work and then stop until paid another "deposit" and then doing that work, and so on until project is complete.
You should always work to a contract: see the many threads here on the subject as well as talk with your lawyer. You should always get paid before delivery (that being your main weapon) but the terms are up to you to set and you to insist on.
