Are asking how to use FTP or what exactly is your problem?

Sorry but it's not very clear

What I mean is how do I update information on each page on my server. Such as I want to input new sentences in on one page.

Hello Kevinp26-

Could you be a bit more specific? It's difficult to answer...

well... you could update a copy of the page on your local hard drive and upload it into the same directory with the same name as the current page on the server and that should replace the old page... I think that's what your asking. If you want to update while it's online... check out Macromedia's Contribute

I am not very articulate but what I mean is updating the pages I have on C:\Program Files\WS_FTP

and I would like to change information, remove information or add new information to it appears on my website.

The address of that is

www.kjp-aspergers.com

I would like to know how to update, change and erase so these changes appear on the Internet straight away. I would please like to know step by step as I am unfamiliar with this package.

Thanks

You will need to make the changes to the html pages on your local machine (using a WYSIWYG editor or a text editor). This assumes that you have a direct copy of the web site (as it is on your server) on your local machine - if you don't you should do that first (by opening WS-FTP, connecting to your server and just copying all the files to somewhere on your hard drive).

Once you have made the changes to you pages, open WS-FTP, connect to your server and upload the pages (and associated images, js & css files etc.) that have changed. They will then be the live versions.

Uploading files is very easy, the left hand pane should be at the folder on your local machine where your files are, and the right hand pane should be at the root level of your server. Don't forget to check all paths etc. before uploading and make sure the images and other linked files are in the correct location.

Is this the info you were looking for?

PS: Posting personal URL's is against the TOS and I reckon a moderator will be along to remove it soon, if you don't get there before them!
