I want to start my own website ie an online dating site. I need to know what to do in short everything from building, getting models hosting in short everything in owning a fuctional site. I wish someone out there can help me. my personal email is <snip>. I am willing to pay too. I hope this is not advertising

This isn't a referal service so I'm not sure that anyone here is going to take you up on your offer.
Do a Google search for "dating web site software" and see what you come up with. You may be able to find a solution that you can install and set up yourself. Register your domain name and go shopping for a helpful hosting service and you're in business.
Of course you could hire a web development company to set it up and host it for you but that may eat away your profits before you make any.
Getting it to make any money for you...now that's the tricky part. I'm sure someone else here knows more about that than me.
