trouble viewing the source

Hi all, I have read plenty of times that if I choose > VIEW > SOURCE I would be able to see the code for the page that I am on. (I use Explorer) Problem is that when I choose the option nothing happens. I have never being able to view the code. I was wondering if there was some sort of setting which is preventing me from viewing the source? I haven't been able to find anything in Explorer help files. Would anyone kindly have any idea what is going on here? Many thanks . . .

Like the other thread says, try clearing your cache.

Tools -> Internet Options -> Delete files
