I've been to the PHP-Nuke site and I wanted to try it out but I would like one in Perl/CGI. Does anyone know of any good ones? Are they OK to use? Reliable? What is your opinion on them?

-Thank You.

Hi firefly2442, welcome to the forums.

There are a lot of Content Management Systems (CMS) available in PHP, Perl and even ASP. Here is a good place to start.
[webmasterworld.com...]

Also you might want to do a search here at WebmasterWorld (up at the top of the forums) for "CMS" without the quotes.

You asked specifically about PHP Nuke: I have used it and it is neat. PHPNuke is open source, and always in continuous development, so if you are not handy at installing scripts it can be expensive to update to new versions every 3 months. And it seems like every time I updated key modules and addons would quit working. I'm not knocking phpNuke it is an amazing script, but just be aware that even though it is free there are hidden costs and you need to be aware of them.

Of the Perl CMS scripts I have looked at Moveable Type impressed me.
