Hi, just want to ask some questions:

1. If I have links to my websites that is not directly to [mydomain.com...] but to ie [mydomain.com...] will that help the link popularity of the my domain (www.mydomain.com)?

2. Is the text link on other people sites have influence on how google value that link? For example if my site is about travel, are links with "travel" in text link better than "Anything else"?

3. Is google count all links on a website including image link?

Yes and Yes.

3. Is google count all links on a website including image link?

Yes, but only those that are PageRank 4 and above are physically seen as "backlinks".
