Hi Everyone,

It seems that yahoo has indexed my site as of last night I think.. I put in a seach and I found that I was #1 on the first page. But anyway there has been a few vistors but when I go to the cpanel to check my bandwidth it is unchanged.

Can someone shed some light on this subject...

Being #1 is one thing, being #1 for a phrase that people are likely to search for is quite another matter! For example, if you're only #1 for your site name, then you're not really anywhere at all.

You say that your bandwidth hasn't increased: if you've only had a very few visits, you might not notice any difference. Also, you statistics package is unlikely to be in "real time", so perhaps it has not updated yet.

Yes I know want you mean. I still have a lot of work to do, I am just glad to get indexed. But I have been reading alot about yahoo, about how your page is there and then it is gone. Is this a PMS thing! or just the way yahoo is..

Thanks
