Hi, I'm new here, though not to the Web. I'm sure this has been asked before, possibly ad nauseum :), but I'm wondering what techniques people use to display pages correctly irregardles of screen resolution, or browser.
In other words, irrespective of wether the browser is IE6, or Netscape 3, and 640X480, or 1600X1200.
