Using .htaccess with dynamique page URL

Hello,

For the first time I try to use .htaccess. I try to do the following:

Redirect /user.php?op=check_age&module=NS-NewUser [yoursite.com...]

But it does not works the "?op=check_age&module=NS-NewUser" of the URL is remove

Is there a better way to accomplish that task?
