Hi all, i want to create a nice email signature in the buttom of my emails, with company logo + phonenumber etc...
Im using lotus email client.

Is there a program that can help me design a nice signature? should it be made in html or as a picture.

please get back to me, if anyone has som experience regarding making signatures.

I think you might be better to use a simple email signiture for example your name, your url and your email address. When you start using html you will find a lit of your users will not even see it because they don't alow html mail. The same can be said about images, sometimes the image will not be displayed. It all depends on the users security settings.

Keep it simple and all users will see the same thing.

I agree.

Images are displayed as an attachment in email clients that only allow 'plain text'.

Text only :

Name
Address
Telephone
Mobile
Fax
Email
Website

Keep it simple then there is no room for error.
