Creating pop-ups?

Help creating pop-ups

Hello everyone.
I'm new to this an need to find out in a hurry how to create a pop-up window. I would like to know how to create a small window with no addres bar or tool bar.
Any help much appreciated.

Go to Google, type in "pop up scripts", and their should be some goodies

You should be aware though that pop-up windows are currently dying a slow death as more and more people start to use pop-up blockers (such as the GoogleBar or the ones built-in to Opera and Firefox).

Plus Microsoft recently announced plans to include a pop-up blocker in the new version of IE for Longhorn.

Try looking at DHTML. There are some nice pop up like scripts that aren't affected by pop up blockers. Amazon is currently using some tastful one on their sites, but you can go more in your face than those, if that's what you are looking for.
