We're planning to start a website that will sell phone card, domestic (U.S.) as well as world wide. Like any other phone card sites, you'll get your PIN number instantly after you paid.
After looking at some sites that sell phone cards, I'm puzzled at what scripts they're using to run their sites.
Can someone please point me to the right direction to some of the scripts that would help me manage my site? I'm particularly looking for PHP script since I'm familiar with PHP and MySQL, but I can't find any available.

Hard to say, it smells like you need to find something that is close to what you want and then customize it. I assume you have gone through the standards like hotscripts.com and sourceforge.net.
Maybe take a look at other sites and see if they have a "Powered by" tag somewhere.
