Using a tree structure

I want to share PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Access, PDF files with users. I was thinking of a file tree like Windows has. File folders that are labeled with the content documents. Id like to be able to use it like Windows if possible where I can go in and add or delete folders and files without having to do a major repost of the site.

Is this possible?
