Hi, Is there any free software that will check if all of my external links on my site are still valid? It seems such a waste of time to go and check everyone manually? Thanks, Paul

Many people here (myself included) use Xenu and are very happy with it. I am sure that there are many others (it is not too difficult to design such a tool) and a search for "free link checker" on your favorite search engine should give you lots of other options.

Agreed... Xenu's Link Sleuth is the best. Simple and easy to use.

W3C link checker is quick and easy. Check "check recursively" box, and it'll knock out your whole site in a couple minutes. Nothing fancy, but gives a full report.
