Hi to all! I am using FrontPage 2002 and have put alt tags on several images. They were working and displayed perfectly fine until today. I have a web page and a web site with different hosts, and on BOTH the alt tags don't appear anymore. What could be causing this? Thanks,

Stumped,

Hi kaboter, what do you mean by "not working"? Do they display in the source code of the page when viewed from the Internet?

What browser are you using? For instance, "alt" is not supposed to trigger tooltips, even though it does in Internet Explorer. If you're expecting tooltips in Opera, Netscape, etc. you need to set both "alt=" and "title=".

Thanks Choster! You answered my question!
I am using Internet Explorer and I assumed that alt tags always display as 'screen tips'. Yes, they are looking fine in the source.
Thanks again for replying.
