hi there..

Apparently,I want to develop some text information from which to sell, but I dont want to use PDF file. I want to use a interface which people cannot copy and paste and also that it does not download into people's computer. Please tell. (this is obviously a security issue.

simple answer: everything you offer downloads to the users computer in some shape, form or fashion. even pdf files can be saved and copied. there is also a text selection tool in the reader, so if it is text as opposed to an image, it can be copied.

I doubt if it can be done. The best encryption methods for anything only last a little while before someone figures out how to break them.
