My site is blocked by Bing and all I can do is watch!

My Chinese website is indexed by Google, Baidu and Yandex, except for Bing.

One of my Chinese websites is indexed by Google, Baidu and Yandex, but only Bing doesn't index it, even though I manually submit sitemaps, URLs, etc. via Bing Webmaster Tools.

I believe my site is not spammed.
I contacted Bing customer service but no response.

Hi Juzi and welcome to WebmasterWorld [webmasterworld.com]

I manually submit sitemaps
Bing Webmaster Tools will usually give some reasons or suggestions about the site, but if you are submitting the same data manually it could be restarting their evaluations. If they are not seeing changes in the resubmitted URLs you shouldn't expect that pushing out the same content would make a difference.

Bing Customer Service is for their paying customers and Bing Webmaster Tools is their webmasters' interface where they explain how/what they find. Beyond that it will depend on the content.

For your benefit, that welcome link above offers tips on using the forums' features and settings and how to avoid edits.

How long has this been going on? Have you checked site logs to see if Bing is indexing? NOTE: being indexed does NOT mean one will appear in serps. Make sure Bing is actually indexing the site in question.

Bing offers help on their "Why is my site not in the index?" page here: https://www.bing.com/webmasters/help/why-is-my-site-not-in-the-index-2141dfab

This is very much so a normal thing to happen with Bing. I have had multiple sites(domains) listed, unlisted, listed again etc over the last decade or so.

Their automatic bing system is known for making mistakes when it is evaluating websites, back in the day, they used to answer to our emails but now you are lucky if they even open your mail.

So what do you do? Simple, make yourself heard, I will only say this once...go.to.their.social.media.pages.twitter.facebook.ticktok--whatever they are on and DM, tag them and ask them to help you get your site back.

Why do this? It works but you mustn't give up if nothing happens after a week or two, keep at it.
