How to Get a Backlink from Bing?

I started my new site and I am making quality backlinks for my website.

You don't get a backlink from bing, but you can submit your site using Bing Webmaster Tools and they may index the pages of your site. The more places you can be found, the more traffic you may see.

How do I do that? Can you send me a link? also I can see in my competitors backlinks profiles that they have got a backlink from bing... so?

Some SEM/SEO tools may call it a backlink to be indexed on a search engine, but being "indexed" is not the same as a backlink. It does not add value to your site other than allowing more people a chance to find it. Bing works the same way as setting up your GSC account. When you submit your site (and sitemap) to BWT, they can index your site then.

Bing works like Google, go to Bing and search for Bing Webmaster Tools.

Where is your domain registered? If it’s ARIN (basically US and Canada, i.e. dot com), the site's existence is automatically made known, and the search engines should already have paid a visit. Check your access log and see whether there have been successful crawls from the major entities [my fingers NEVER get that word right on the first try] like Bing and Google.

If you're registered elsewhere, you may have to tell them you exist. Have you tried going to your favorite search engine--whatever it may be--and searching for "bing webmaster tools"?
