There's a trend in that Bing is making small gains vs Google search, and thinking ahead, what do we need to do to ensure we're indexed, and ranked to help win traffic opportunities. It's not just Bing, of course, because it has a number of search partners, such as DDG.

I know the figures published are small, [webmasterworld.com] but, they are gains, and that traffic is coming from somewhere: Google.

Perhaps it's time to give Bing a little more love and attention?

When they stop trying to hide ads by giving them such tiny labels I will take them seriously. Until then how could anyone trust them?

Maybe when they fixed their broken system?

My robots.txt file (User-agent: * Allow: /) is against their Webmaster Guidelines for at least a year now, as confirmed by their webmaster support team (presumably in India). This along with many other, seemingly random URLs.

My page is listed, but not on the first.

I got less views from search engines this month, than very early in the year. A very poor result. Content is probably key to a good listing to get the visitor numbers up. I don't know anymore, about my position.

Oddly, I get more out of Bing than g ... perhaps that is because of my niche and content?

Hmm. Who knows.

I did try youtube in the past two months I got thousands of views, and a good many subscribers compared to the previous five channels I started and closed before, but it is all first time views so far, and a few one day and then the next. But I had the realisation that, what I've tried in the past almost three years of one variation or another of the site project idea, now the tech site news and robots, is that, there is only so much I can mention about new changes or various companies that are puting forward game changing tasks systems to help shortages here and there.

That the road to google adense is a long one or a hit and miss, that is my understanding now than in the first just gone two years of the site ideas. The longesting being the current one, of a second year, and before that was just eight months.

I don't know.

I think I've done my best.

I'd of thought i'd of gotten somewhere with the site by now, I don't mean adsense, but just hits/visitors. But the youtube mini success, which the last was two years ago, about PS2, I got twelve subsribers on that, and over 1,000 views in total over five months, which I closed in May 2021, as it failed.

My site visits are all search engines from the looks of it, so I don't know anymore.
