Code clean, have great content, and make sure none of bing's ip's are blocked!
This is a lead horse to water kind of question. Then again, I suspect one can throw some real cash around and get noticed that way.

Would not having GA code in each page count towards coding clean?

Would not wording utterances in such a way as to create semantic ambiguity be a good idea?
Is there any evidence that bing cares about the presence or absence of GA--either script-based analytics generically, or specifically G as opposed to someone else's analytics--one way or the other?

Perhaps, but it will reveal that the site uses third party ... and who knows how that will fly in today's web? It will certainly be a site lag (time/speed) issue.
