I'm seeing this too right now, I think it's too many Web Position queries from our IP.... maybe bans you for a period of time.

I had the same problem on Wednesday (UK). It is not msn that is down. Apparently some major routing issue has sprung up and many UK ISP are not able to reach the microsoft servers.

OK maybe that was a different problem - now I'm seeing the error
