I'm guessing it's not just me. Things just seem broken and updates to data are getting sporadic. For one, traffic graphs are no longer loading and some other random javascript seems broken. It's been weeks now.
Tested in Firefox, Chrome and Edge.

Looks normal to me... "normal" being relative to Bing Webmaster Tools which IMO has always been buggy at times.

Yep, it's definitely broken. Since today, the data that I can see (ie. the tiny graphs on the Dashboard under Site Activity) is completely erratic and incorrect. Of course the larger graphs are still broken.
