What are the factors for a good organic rank in bing?

My pages that rank well in google don't seem to rank on bing, and in fact I have never tried to construct a page or site to rank in bing so I have no idea what factors bing takes into account.

What factors are important to get decent ranking in bing?

Bing gives more weight to the DOM (document object module) so Title, Description, H tags, etc are more literally used in searches... where Google likes more variation.

A bit of a balancing act to do well for many pages in both Bing and Google.

Backlinks from valued sources remain a high ranking factor.

I don't want to damage a page that ranks on google for the sake of less traffic, but I like the idea of broadening our sources of traffic.
