im currently working on a website company and im submitting all the sites to bing. What is the Maximum when submitting sites on webmastertool?

Im talking about thousand of websites. i just want to know when will be the best time to create new account. currently on my masterlist account on bing there are 504 sites that are already submitted.

Thousands of sites? Not thousands of pages? Are you actively trying to get onto Bing's known-spam-churn-and-burn list?

Yes thousands of sites. why im i being spam? i have full access of the site im also following the proper way of uploading site ownership authentication. my only question is, are there any limit of submitting a site on one specific account.
