why bingbot not indexed my entire website?

My domain is five year old. I’ve found that some of my website pages suddenly removed from Bing search engine. I have submitted them twice or thrice in bing webmaster toolbox. But it doesn’t show in Bing search. While google indexed my entire site! It’s really increase my headache.

I have amended robots.txt file and also uploaded Meta robots (<meta name="robots" content="index, follow">) on every pages. But Bing still not indexed the entire site.

Please help me. I appreciate your quick response.

You forgot to answer one key question. Is bing crawling the site?

"index,follow" is the default, so the meta will do no harm, but it will add some unneeded bytes to every page's overhead.

Thanks for your reply. Bing has crawled my site, but not the entire one. There are only few pages indexed by bingbot.

what should i do?

Even i have submitted all pages in bing webmaster tool, but no effects.
