I got a string like the following as the search results for about the 10th time in the last 24 hours:

Ref A: B2B5A9017AB94D8BAB5016B8AFC505BE Ref B: FD9F8EGS2996EF24489F7470B5B4EBD1 Ref C: Thu Jul 30 08:33:12 2015 PST

The preceding is slightly modified, but almost exactly what I got.
An interesting note is if I refresh for the same query the string changes slightly.

Anyone else having issues or know what's going on?

I assume in the raw logs and organic.
Yes, it does look like something to do with https
I just went through a couple of logs to see what i could find, but nothing like that in the referrer string. I didn't spend ages looking, but now you've pointed that out, i'll keep a lookout.

I assume in the raw logs and organic.

It was definitely in the organics, but not in my logs -- It was the result of my query.

That was it. The rest was a blank white page.
No results. No Links. No template.
Nothing, except the above.

Now that really is strange: I shall look out for that.

Definitely strange, but with no one else confirming seeing it I'm starting to think I'm "special to Bing", but in a "not so cool" way, because it's getting seriously annoying when sometimes it'll happen 10 out of 20 searches in a few minutes, on a "back" click when I want to check a different result for the same query, or 3 or 4 times in a row on a refresh after I get the first one -- The queries aren't even "highly complicated" or "deep searching". The one following is the result I got for: [mysql enum]

I've seen stuff like this in the past as well. No clue but it's very infrequent so I've stopped worrying about it. Also asked about this somewhere in this board but no responses.
