Bing is to start rolling out mobile friendly ranking in the next few months. You can already see the mobile friendly message that Bing attaches to the SERPs, so webmasters should already know how it looks to Bing.

We expect to start rolling out mobile friendliness ranking changes in the coming months. In an effort to work hand in hand with our Webmasters and ensure a smooth transition to a mobile-first world, we will continue to share details on the roll-out of our mobile friendliness ranking technique... Bing to Roll Our Mobile Friendly Algorithm [blogs.bing.com]
We have also been working on a tool that will allow Webmasters to analyze webpages using our mobile friendliness classifier and help them understand the results. This tool will become available in a few weeks from now and help Webmasters find and fix areas of their site that suffer from mobile friendliness issues. Understanding the factors that influence mobile friendliness will help serve our growing mobile user base much better.

Do they (Bing) announces any particular date for this mobile-friendly website algorithm? Bing is also competitive search engine for Google.
