Bing Webmaster Inbound Link Count

Hi!

I have one site on Bing Webmaster, and see the count of inbound links to be multiples of 3. When I check the links, it is the IP of my site being the inbound to itself. I am not sure if I would get penalized for duplicate content. My site is running Wordpress 3.5.2 and WP e-Commerce 3.8.12.1.

Thoughts? Thanks in advance.

There is no duplicate content penalty with Bing.

Regarding links from your own site (internal links) there is also no penalty.

Forget penalties, try to engage visitors and make them happy with your content.

Get a Bing "Webmaster Tools" account to get a better picture.
