Bing Not Showing Search, But Showing Error

This is what I see with a search:

Tested with IE, Mozilla, Chrome.

Working for me.

But I did get that kind of page a couple times the other day. At that time switching to Yahoo! returned a message saying... something like....

we are unable to process your request at the moment.

(I don't recall the exact words, but that's close)

I've been using Bing all day and i've not yet seen that.
