Can't Submit Sitemaps

Problem with Bing Webmaster Tools

I have been trying for three days now to add sitemaps to Bing Webmaster tools.
Every time I go there I get a spinning "Loading" icon and a time out.
I have tried using Firefox (8.0) and Chrome with the same result.
I have disabled Ad Block also with no luck.
I don't see anyway to contact Bing other than the forums.
Has anyone else ran across this?

I can submit sitemaps but they sit for months in pending status.
