ForceRecrawl: what's this all about?

In Bing's WMT I'm seeng a lot of 404 links that have the "%20ForceRecrawl:%200" string appended at the end.

does anybody know what's this all about?

Looks like a Bingbot has a bug.

When you do a search for that string in Bing you get 194,000 results, 6,630 in Google. Mainly due to pages that use part of the URL to generate the page contents.
