New Pages Not Appearing in Bing Index

Has anyone added new pages to a website lately and not see them get included in Bing's index?

For a couple of websites, I added pages over a month ago and they are not appearing in the index. The other pages on the site have been crawled since the new pages were added but the new pages are not appearing.

Also, if anyone can tell me, in general, is there a certain amount of time that Bing takes to add new pages of a website to their index?

From experiences over the last 2 years it's not uncommon for me to have to wait 2-3 months before seeing anything submitted for new sites to get into the index. And that's even if I submit a sitemap to them. I don't know if it's the same for new pages to an existing site. I'm referring to a totally new site.
