New Campaign - Error message

I just sign up for an account with adCenter and now when I try to create my campaign I’m getting the following message: “Campaigns - Error: MSN adCenter cannot perform the selected action due to undefined system errors.” Does anyone know what this is about?

It was there for a while this morning, but it's gone now.

Is anyone getting this error message today when trying to view your campaigns?
